I am Bruce Wayne (My Chinese name is 韦小波) . Happy to communicate with you! This is the first post of my homepage, In this post, I will let you know why I started the homepage and what will be useful for you.

Graduated

In 2013, I was just graduated and still young. Everything in the world was new to me, full of passion and ambition.

I joined TCL Group, I had experienced new media promotion, offline marketing and channel distribution.

Knew What Is Internet

CODING is the first Internet company I joined. Although I joined in a sales position in 2015, I gained valuable Internet experience.

I started to come into contact with Internet traffic operation and brand marketing.

Desire To Do Something For The World

We are lucky that CODING is recognized by Tencent Cloud. Our team was acquired by Tencent Cloud in 2019, which gave me an opportunity to improve on a larger platform.

At Tencent, I received help from many great friends, which completely changed my view of the world and myself. In three years, I learned a lot, including team management skills, user psychology analysis, business model design, etc.

Improved cognition planted a seed that sparked my desire to do something for the world.

A Chance To Do Something For The World

In 2023, I left Tencent. And I think the time may have come. So I joined a startup team as a co-founder.

We are a very small team now (10 or so people), but everyone is great. We plan to build our own new energy brand – EastPondo, exporting Chinese electric vehicles and accessories to the world, and promote the achievement of global low-carbon goals.

The new team has a lot to do. It does not have perfect team capabilities, an effective business model, or a professional methodology, which makes me feel a heavy responsibility. I will do my best to improve the capabilities of this team.

After 10 years of continuous learning and practice, I have accumulated a lot of experience that can help our team grow. Including business model design, user psychology research, product design, brand marketing, sales operations, traffic operations (SEM), social media marketing, etc.
